Create your own door hangers for a variety of uses - nurseries and small children's rooms.  The blue areas can be changed to pink for a little girl.  Add a photo to the 2nd side and/or your own creative thoughts, poems or sentiments.   Alert visitors to a sleeping child by hanging on entry door or on door to child's room.
