1. Visit the website and determine the items that you would like to purchase with your gift certificate.
2. Notify The Photo Keepsake Gift Store that you would like to redeem all or a portion of your gift certificate.  Just click on the feedback form link found in the gift certificate amount that corresponds to your specific gift certificate.  Complete the form and click on the "submit" button at bottom of form. 

• In the feedback form, you will provide the following information:
  • Purchaser’s name, the amount and the gift certificate number assigned.
  •  Identify the items you would like to purchase with your gift certificate, noting the item name, ID # assigned, and/or if you are using a photo from our gallery for your gift, the Gallery Name and the ID # of the photo.  If you want to send us a photo electronically or via US Postal Service, you may note that as well.  Do you want personalized text?
  • If you have purchase value remaining on your gift certificate that you would like to apply to your purchase to reduce or eliminate your shipping charge, please note that as well. 
  • If you wish to save the balance for another purchase, you may do that also – an additional shipping fee any orders separate from the initial order will be assessed.

3. A Special Order Page link will be forwarded from our site that will be password protected.  You will be provided the password for access.  The order page will reflect the items you have ordered on the feedback form.  If you have purchased more than the value of your gift certificate, the balance and the shipping fee will require payment. 
4. In order for processing of your order to occur, it will be necessary to pay for any additional purchases over the value of your gift certificate and the shipping fee for the items ordered.  You may do this on the Special Order Page by adding to your cart and paying at checkout.
5. Your Gift Certificate will be updated and/or annotated with any remaining balance, if any, for future purchases up through the one year expiration date on your specific gift certificate.
