Swan Lake is located in the Colter Bay campground.  It is part of a loop of internal hiking available at Colter Bay in the Grand Teton National Park.  Swan Lake is usually home to some Trumpeter Swans and also to beaver, muskrat, ducks, moose, coyotes, deer and bear.  When you have finished at Swan Lake, continue the loop over to Heron Pond which will then take you back into the Colter Bay area.  There are other hiking trails that can extend your hike throughout the Colter Bay area too.
