Swan Lake is located in the Colter Bay campground. It is part of a loop of internal hiking available at Colter Bay in the Grand Teton National Park. Swan Lake is usually home to some Trumpeter Swans and also to beaver, muskrat, ducks, moose, coyotes, deer and bear. When you have finished at Swan Lake, continue the loop on over to Heron Pond. From there you can access the trail to go farther around or head back to the Colter Bay area.
